- For normal wild animals: Inquiries will be received from the relevant agencies in the province by the general administration of the province, such as agricultural jihad - land affairs - veterinary medicine - district administration - engineering system.

- Submission of the application along with the justification plan and other documents by the applicant by referring to the relevant system
2- Initial review by the General Department of Environmental Protection of the relevant province
3- Paying the expert fee to the General Administration of the relevant province
4- If approved by the General Administration of the province, referring the request through the system to the General Administration of Hunting Protection and Management
5- Examining and obtaining the expert opinions of specialized data according to the diagnosis of the General Directorate of Protection and Hunting Management.
A: Rejection of the request and notification to the province
B: Return to the province to fix the defect
A : Announcement from the provincial administration to the applicant to fix the defect
B : Removal of defects by the applicant and resubmission to the provincial administration
C : Sending the request for fixing the defect from the General Administration of the province to the Hunting Protection and Management Department.
6- In case of initial approval of the request, holding a meeting of the technical committee and preparing the minutes.
7- Sending the meeting minutes to the general office of the province
8- Issuance of approval in principle only for construction in the name of the applicant through the general administration of the province
