All applicants refer to this system to submit an application and obtain a waste import license if they have the scientific conditions.
1- The importation of hazardous waste is prohibited.
1-1. Until further notice, the waste of lead-acid batteries (without acid) will be checked according to the conditions, and if the declared conditions are met, a permit will be issued.
2- The wastes and wastes of Annex 9 of the Basel Convention (such as paper waste, plastic waste, metal waste, etc.) can be examined and if the conditions are met, a permit will be issued.
3- Any internal transit requires the original import license before customs clearance.
4- Foreign transit of hazardous waste through the country is prohibited.
5- Transit of the wastes of Annex 9 of the Basel Convention is to obtain a permit from the General Department of the Environment of the place of importation in coordination with the province of the place of departure. |
