Green industrial and service units at the level of the province: refers to industrial and service units that are selected based on environmental criteria and according to the recognition of the General Department of Environmental Protection of the relevant province, a commendable effort during the year in question (year of selection) ) to protect the environment.

Workflow at the province level
• The secretariat invites industrial and service units to register and self-declare through a call on the organization's portal.
• Applicants complete the green industry section by logging into the comprehensive system of the Human Environment Deputy at the address https://iranemp.ir. (It is described below.)
• The General Administration of the province examines the items of the questionnaire and, according to the points obtained by the units, commends them in the conference of green industries and services at the provincial level.
Work flow at the national level
• After the examination, the General Departments send 2 units from each industrial or service group that they think can compete with other units in the national sector to the Environmental Assessment Office (Secretariat).
• The environmental assessment office examines the introduced industrial and service units and selects only 2 units from each industrial and service group for recognition in the national conference, according to the introduction of the province and scoring system.
• The Human Environment Vice-Chancellor recognizes the selected units of green industry and services during a conference.
